While we refer to it as “off-grid” due to the lifestyle it promotes, the property is actually connected to the grid. It has standard electrical connections, WiFi, and an unlimited supply of well water.
The property uses well water, which is plentiful but not immediately drinkable. There are a couple of basic filters in place, but we strongly recommend installing a proper water filtration system to make it safe for drinking. In general, tap water in southern Spain is not considered safe to drink, which is why many people opt for bottled water or home filtration systems.
